We’re seeking a compatible housemate to join a friendly, social 1:3 Supported Independent Living home.
Independent living, with company at the end of the day
This is a shared living environment supporting three residents to live as independently as possible, while enjoying a relaxed, supportive and social home life.
Every New Leaf home is set up to be welcoming and accessible, with a consistent support team who know the household well. Day-to-day routines are built around each resident’s own goals — not a one-size-fits-all schedule.
A sociable, creative home with two current residents
Music and movement
Music is often on in the shared areas, and residents enjoy dancing and singing together at home and at community events.
Creative activities
Drawing, colouring and other hands-on creative activities are a regular part of the weekly routine, with support available to join in.
Shared routines
Meals, outings and quiet time are planned together, so everyone has both company and their own space when they want it.
Any information about current residents is shared only with the prospective resident and their nominated decision makers, with resident consent, as part of a formal compatibility assessment.

We're looking for a like-minded housemate
Current residents are adults in the 25–40 age range, so this vacancy is likely to suit someone at a similar stage of life. Compatibility is assessed with everyone in the household, in line with NDIS Practice Standards.
